The job of Motorglass Scheduler

Our client is looking for a Scheduler to join their Contact Centre team in Leicester. As part of their team of 5 you will be responsible for coordinating the glazing technicians, customers and supplies to ensure all three components are brought together efficiently. You will control stock and ordering glazing supplies, maximising technician productivity in line with company targets and ensure excellent communication channels are maintained between technicians, the control centre and their customers.

The Scheduler role is also critical in maintaining strong working relationships with suppliers, technicians and colleagues as well as maintaining high levels of response times in accordance with the company SLA to their customers and insurers. You will ensure that customer care standards are maintained and that a tactful, sensitive approach is adopted.

Experience required

  • Strong Customer Service skills
  • Previous planning or scheduling experience would be desirable
  • Strong administration skills and the ability to multi task whilst keeping the customer updated at all times.
