Regional Marketing Manager

Location: Aylesbury

£40k per annum + car allowance + bonus + benefits

 

My client is an award winning automotive retailer that have a fantastic opportunity available for a Regional Marketing Manager to join their marketing team based across Aylesbury and Northampton with regular travel across the South of the UK.

 

As a Regional Marketing Manager you will spearhead regional marketing activity for a number of sites. You will develop marketing strategy and plans and turn them into successful marketing campaigns across all channels to build on local market share and increase profitability. You will also act as a national brand champion for designated manufacturers to ensure integration of manufacturer led campaigns at dealership level.

 

Regional Marketing Manager Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Maintain and interpret market, customer, competitor and media insights
  • Develop a marketing strategy and a rolling annual go to market plan for each site
  • Identify and exploit key marketing activities for your region
  • Own, manage and execute campaigns from concept to completion
  • Write commercial and customer focussed briefs
  • Using insight work with agency to drive best media strategy and plan
  • Ensure campaign system set up is complete
  • Deploy a test and learn control structure across all activities
  • Brief stakeholders on campaigns
  • Encourage focus on data accuracy within sites and data champions
  • Deliver optimal marketing investment through reporting and identifying marketing efficiencies
  • Attend and input to manufacturer meetings on behalf of your peers
  • Collate manufacturer marketing performance across group, interpret and present back findings
  • Ensure to maximise the opportunity for manufacturer co-funded campaigns

 

This role would be ideal for a customer facing marketing professional, regional marketing experience need not be essential!

 

It would be preferred for this candidate to have multi-site marketing experience within a retail environment.
