As the recruitment administrator you will work alongside a team of 4 consultants offering a variety of support on a day to day basis. The team is very busy and will need a candidate that is self-motivated, has a great ability to multi task and can work independently.
This position is a 12 month maternity leave role offering all the rewards of a permanent position including pension and 23 days annual leave.
Your day to day duties will vary considerably depending on the needs of the business and the team and you will be required to travel around the county assisting with recruitment drives and assessment centres.
If you have previous recruitment experience, either within agency or internal and have administered and managed assessment centres or high volume recruitment this would be a huge advantage.
The ideal candidate must have GCSE English and Maths at grade C or above and be competent with all Microsoft Offices Packages.
