Agenda Partnership are currently seeking Quality Assurance/Sales Support Executives to join an award winning Telecommunication Company based in Northampton.

You would report directly to the Operations Manager and also lease with the Sales Team.

Your working hours are flexible but your preferred hours would be;

Monday – Thursday (09.15 – 17.45)

Friday (09.15 – 13.15)

Quality Assurance Duties

  • Process and send to the clients all appointments and leads on a daily basis
  • To act impartial to ensure the correct leads and appointments are being sent to the client
  • If you do not agree with a lead or appointment clarify the details with the Sales Team
  • Ensure all information gets over to the client in a timely yet accurate manor
  • Help the running of campaigns but assisting with QC on emails
  • Telephone answering/transferring swiftly and politely
  • Support with office duties assigned by Operations Manager
  • Help out with account admin assistance directed from the Management Team
  • Support the MD with any admin duties

Sales Support Executive

  • Update CRM with sales pipeline information directed from the Management Team
  • Report to the Management team
  • Assist with marketing campaigns, buying data, dealing with local printer ect
  • Data cleansing calling
  • Proof reading sales proposals

Knowledge and Experience

  • Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel and Word)
  • Experience with accurately entering data
  • Experience of working as part of a team
  • A basic understanding of how marketing works would be an advantage

This role is built up with 90% QA and 10% Sales support on a daily basis.

You will also have the option to be enrolled on external training courses to assist personal development.
