Quality Administrator  – Operations


40 hour week- Monday – Friday 9am-5pm


The main purpose of this role is to access the work that is being carried out within operations. To support the development of agents to help maximise performance, efficiency and accuracy of work being completed


Key Duties of Role:


  • To perform quality checks on work being carried out within operations, record feedback in relation to the quality of work being produced
  • To identify training needs and raise this to the Quality Assurance Manager
  • To identify opportunities for process or other improvement
  • Will need to participate in calibration sessions to ensure scoring and recording of information remains consistent as a team
  • Any key areas of concerns that require immediate attention is flagged to the Quality Assurance Manager as a matter of urgency
  • Identify and recommend changes that should be made to improve the efficiency of productions and operations processes or service to customers
  • Excel and Access Competent


Person Specification:

  • Strong-willed & confident individual with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multi task through effective planning and prioritising work load
  • Ability to analyse/ a keen eye for detail
  • Have strong understanding and knowledge of sales and customer services processes and techniques
  • Be self-motivated and dedicated to providing exceptional service to the company
  • Past QA/Operational experience preferred
