Our client, based near Kenilworth, is currently recruiting for a Business Analyst to join their team on a contract basis. The contract will be for five days a week and is expected to last for between 3 and 6 months.
This is a classic Business Analyst role, working alongside teams across various business functions to define specifications and record business and reporting requirements. The role will also support the decision making process for sustainable business solutions based on sound judgement, practicality, good practice and business knowledge.
The ideal candidate will have a solid and in-depth understanding of business analysis methodology with strong experience of effectively documenting requirements, ensuring they are fit for purpose, consistent and reflective of business needs. A collaborator who can also work independently. Able to take responsibility for coordinating and planning objectives/activities between IT and business teams.
Instinctively self-organised and good at following up with people on whom delivery is dependent.
Methodical and process-oriented, observing procedures and documenting them while recognising the appropriate level of rigour for the situation
